The Abbey - Black Marbled Rocado Shell Cordovan and Black Buttero

This special addition of The Abbey is made from Black marbled Italian shell cordovan from Rocado. Shell cordovan is a rare unique leather and one of the finest in the world, really durable and has a great leather smell and ages very well and develops over time a particularly beautiful patina. The interior pockets are made from black Buttero leather from walpier tannery in Italy. Hand stitched using black Japanese Vinymo thread and then finished with hand burnished edges and sealed with Columbus Wax.
